Wow! Shout out to Bryan for being such an awesome fitness coach.
I started the sexy slim down with goals set, determined and committed to making changes in my lifestyle to lose weight and build muscle.
These past 6 weeks with my workout partner/sister Tricia Hunter have been such a challenge and life changing. I've lost 19lbs and 3 inches in my waist but I've gained so much more.
