Our classes are a mix of high-intensity bootcamp-style circuit workouts with a mix of resistance training to build and sculpt those muscles!

Classes are Monday to Friday and run for about 30-35 minutes.
You have the option to sign-up for 5 days per week or just 3 days per week.
